I lead the design and delivery of transformative learning strategies that elevate leadership capability, drive cultural change, and support organisational excellence. I lead the Organisational Development Team in the building of scalable, high-impact development programmes, resources and support that align with strategic goals and enhance workforce performance.I partner and consult with senior leaders, facility HR teams, and external experts to shape a future-ready organisation through bespoke development interventions, executive coaching, and succession planning. My work spans the full spectrum of non-clinical development—from apprenticeships and career pathways to executive development and OD diagnostics—ensuring every colleague has access to meaningful growth opportunities.I’m passionate about embedding a culture of continuous learning, fostering inclusive leadership, and using data-driven insights to measure impact and drive improvement. With over 15 years experience in Learning and Development in regional and national leadership roles, I bring a strategic mindset, facilitation expertise, and a collaborative approach to every initiative.
