Manage all phases of ATAC’s largest contract, Navy Fighter Jet Services (FJS), and Close Air Support (Air to Ground) contract from stand-up through closeout. Responsible for cost, schedule and performance of assigned company programs in accordance with contract requirements, PBWS, QASP, and CDRLs. Act as the company’s primary customer contact with Contracting Officers, CORs, and various program offices. Influence annual CPARs and draft official company response. Actively participate in external program reviews with government and military customers. Establish milestones and monitor the Integrated Master Schedule’s (IMS) progress. Create a disciplined approach to program execution with a bias towards action, analytics and problem-solving. Gain internal support for program execution and establish and maintain solid working relationships with executive leadership, technical staff, managers, and peers in a matrix organization. Establish cost controls and monitor adherence to contract requirements. Establish and monitor adherence to program plans including risk management, resource planning, and requirements management. Prepare and conduct internal monthly program reviews, submit weekly and monthly program status reports, and provide program monitoring and control methods to areas of responsibility.
