Duties & Responsibilities: Actively and proactively source candidates from multiple resources including job boards, social media, university alumni, internet resources, user groups, etc. Execute creative sourcing strategies and action plans to locate and attract qualified candidates Follow recruiting priorities and allocate time against recruiting needs accordingly Use and update Applicant Tracking System to manage candidate flow Follow recruiting processes and procedures and OFCCP requirements Develop and maintain strong business relationships with the technical recruiting staff of full-life cycle recruiters. Provide timely progress updates on prospecting, interviews and placement activity.
