I am a partner in Fox Williams\' white-collar and contentious financial services regulatory team. I have over 30 years’ experience of practice, both advising on and conducting a large number of complex and long-running investigations and prosecutions on behalf of both corporates and individuals. I specialise in all areas of white-collar crime, fraud, competition and regulatory and criminal investigations and prosecutions, both UK and internationally. At the same time, I have experience in corporate manslaughter, health and safety investigations, and prosecutions for both corporates and individuals following workplace deaths and serious accidents.
