Manage the team that supports the Ellucian Banner Student Information System (SIS) and other SaaS enterprise systems. Provide leadership for development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance for approximately 40 enterprise-wide system integrations with Banner. In addition to SIS responsibilities, provide leadership to the Web Development team responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining websites and in house developed in-house. Oversee development and maintenance of the SIS self-service portal and reporting. Sustain the Administrative Systems and Banner Advisory Committee structure. Work with internal and external departments as well as vendors to adhere to USG and Georgia College policies. Oversee internal and external audits for the SIS and other integrated systems. Implemented AI tools to improve efficiencies of the team’s performance and assist in automation.Oversee leadership for project management such as preparing project plans, establishing and coordinating project teams, estimating resource requirements, managing the project planning, implementation process, communicating with project teams, steering committees, and management. Partner with various internal and external departments to ensure effective teamwork in the planning, development, operation, and support of assigned projects. Ensure that service level expectations for functionality, availability, performance, and control are clearly documented and fulfilled and that appropriate change control procedures and processes are established and managed.Support an IT Division Process Management Program consistent with best practice models of IT continuous process improvement.Serve as Chairperson for IT advisory boards and as a member of other associated committees to ensure departmental representation and provide expertise on computing-related issues, as they relate to administrative applications.
