SciLeads is a data intelligence platform that helps scientific companies find customers. When we created SciLeads we wanted to build a company where it didn\'t feel like work (I know that\'s so cheesy but it\'s true). For me that meant getting to use and learn interesting tech, being able to work when it suited me (I\'m a night owl) and not having the commute or distractions of an office. So that\'s what we\'ve put in place and we stick to these principles even now with a bigger- and growing- team. I\'m a strong believer that work should be fun.
