Designing and Building” has always been my life’s passion. As a Product Engineering R&D Vice President, this passion has evolved into designing and building high-performing multidiscipline technical teams capable of solving some of our division’s most demanding technical challenges. Stressing objective decision making, I promote a culture emphasizing analysis, data, and first principles. My leadership style is to teach and coach rather than dictate; guiding associates in being self-accountable and providing them with the tools they need to face ambiguity head-on and achieve project objectives.Prior in-the-trenches work experiences as Mechanical Design Engineer and Project Manager established my appreciation for what it takes to develop and produce world-class products.
