My role at Roc Search is to source the best possible candidates from Reading and the surrounding areas. I regularly attend graduate job fairs and networking events to help promote Roc Search and attract candidates from different areas. I am always keen to speak to candidate’s who are looking to get into recruitment or experienced Consultant\'s/Managers who are interested in hearing about what Roc Search can offer them.
