Serve as the lead ITS providing solutions and establishing clinical standards services which ultimately contribute to patient safety and care. • Manage and oversee assigned software application (eClinicalWorks) establishing procedures, support documentation, system architecture diagrams, and maintenance guidelines. • Support users with technical issues as well as offers workflow/application usage suggestions improving efficiencies within existing applications. • Monitor and maintain software/systems to ensure optimal utilization. • Server on-call duty supporting over 30 various health applications. • Manage minor to major system-wide upgrades and patches.
