Career includes over 17 years within the energy sector, with further Programme and Transformation experience within the NHS and a Local Authority. My career has covered a range of global roles, all requiring a high attention to HSEQ detail. Confident in leading and supporting complex global projects and delivering consultancy services whilst providing solutions to customers. Recognised capability in communication management across all levels of internal and external stakeholders with excellent customer engagement skills. Seasoned global leader who thrives within a diverse environment to deliver collaborative results with over 10 years experience directly supporting Regional and Functional Directors. Proficient in leading workshops and delivering presentations to a range of audiences, including international conferences. Recognises the importance of continuous improvement throughout an organisation and the critical role that Change Management plays in leading people through complex projects and programmes. Well versed in bringing on-line new global business streams with wider organisation integration. Technical, project and leadership skills have been developed across the energy and Local Authority sectors in addition to holding a range of complimenting qualifications, including a Masters Degree in Engineering Management, APM PMQ Project Management, APMG Change Management Practitioner and Organisational Design subjects.
