My enthusiasm for Lean principles and tools has enabled me to successfully implement continuous improvement cultures in several organizations. I have experience managing production schedules, overseeing daily operations, and leading various projects from start to finish. My ability to create a friendly working atmosphere under pressure and negotiate with clients has enabled me to obtain the best materials and prices for my team. Throughout my career, I have honed my customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work to deadlines. I possess a variety of qualifications and training, including an ILM Level 5 in Leadership & Management, CNC Programming and Operating, and a Lean Academy Training.
