About James Bray

I am an Army Veteran. Started with Deloitte Consulting and quickly transitioned to the US Member Firm, working in Active Directory, Messaging/Exchange/Web Hosting and SharePoint for Tax, and Knowledge Management. Currently I am in Critical Infrastructure part of the PaSE,(Process and Security Engineering) responsible for Server Security and Configuration Management both Microsoft and Linux flavors. Several years of experience in the Project Management field. Managed development and operational maintenance,(DevOps) teams. Implemented IT infrastructure and operations automation processes, and designed training programs for new and current staff on an enterprise level. Project lead/manager for successful implementation of a major project that included creating requirements, establishing goals, and planning and organizing activities to achieve them. Experience in managing application development in multiple domains including Finance, Retail, Healthcare & Manufacturing industries. I have an internal drive to always move forward, I can attribute that drive to my 15 years of service in the US Army. This has also given me the ability to remain calm in intense situations and to focus on immediate needs and actions to align for long term goals.
