I am a dynamic, self-motivated and experienced professional with a wealth of skills and capabilities acquired in providing robust IT and Telephony infrastructure to companies within the financial services industry. My career progression to date has provided me with a sound technical foundation, which combined with strong commercial acumen, I am able to use to full effect in providing systems and services to support organic and planned business development. My experience to date encompasses projects on a national, regional and global scale. With a confident and articulate manner I am able to manage stakeholders effectively at all levels, and ensure that all teams, vendors and suppliers’ goals are aligned on meeting wider company objectives. I enjoy leading productive and successful teams, and am able to bring together diverse teams of individuals from a range of backgrounds. I gain a real sense of achievement in planning, scoping, leading and completing large-scale projects, which support the continuous development of organisations, specifically within the banking industry. I thrive in fast-paced intense situations and can successfully manage projects without compromising BAU, putting into place comprehensive business continuity planning.
