I have over 20 years’ experience as part of an executive management team and working at board level. I have been successful in managing change, creating a high-performing team culture, achieving best practice and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. I have a strong track record of working at a strategic level and commercially using my analytical background. My communication and influencing skills have led to very effective and long term working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.JMB ConsultingAt present I am working as a consultant advising firms on; Financial plans, budgets, cash flows and working capital management. Mergers, acquisitions, sales of professional firms working with all key advisor and stakeholders.Recruitment of key people. Board level governance, where I have a strong background being a Chair and a member of various Boards and have worked closely with the regulators. Growth strategies including strategic plans, business plans and successful implementation. Process re engineering, IT system reviews, implementation and office moves. New business models Restructuring, from a firm reducing costs, to changing management teams and to a firm going through full administration process (Top 70 firm). Performing Independent Business reviews for clients and on behalf of the Banks. Mentoring FC’s to take on responsibility of other operational functions. The past 20 years of my career has been spent in the professional and housing sector and I also have board level experience which will only serve to enhance the contribution I can make moving forward.
