WORK HISTORY
Scientist Ii, Oligonucleotide and Bioanalytical @Takeda
Responsible for the design and implementation of novel bio-/analytical methods to support research projects relating to the development of siRNA oligonucleotide based therapeutics. Methods include those to quantitate, characterize and to further understand the metabolic fate of ASOs, aptamers, and siRNA based therapeutics and conjugates thereof, such as GalNAc, antibody, peptide, lipid, SMol, etc.\\\\n\\\\n• Development and implementation of innovative high-resolution mass spectrometry-based metabolite profiling and identification platforms.\\\\n\\\\n• Develop various bioanalytical methods that includes LC-MS/MS, ELISA, stem-loop qPCR methods to support bioanalysis of oligonucleotides in a variety of biological matrices.\\\\n\\\\n• Leading the evaluation, purchase and installation of state-of-the art MS hardware and software to support oligonucleotide-conjugate characterization and to aid in the identification of oligonucleotide related impurities and metabolite identification.\\\\n\\\\n• Working cross functionally to build internal capabilities.\\\\n\\\\n• Supporting LC-MS instruments operation, daily maintenance and troubleshooting.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
