I am an international executive with over 30 years experience at the Green Climate Fund, MIGA, the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation and the oil industry. I regularly interface with senior executives from major multinational corporations and with heads of state, ministers of finance and senior civil servants. I am a regular public speaker and a published writer. I lecture a post-graduate course in development finance at Sciences Po in Paris. Expertise in project and sovereign finance in emerging economies, particularly in infrastructure, energy and climate-related investments; and in economic policy. I have a proven track record of managing staff and resources, and I am a non-executive director of the boards of several companies and foundations. I have been awarded the French Légion d’Honneur and the Madagascar Ordre de Mérite for my respective contributions to these two countries.
