As a driven and enthusiastic team player and leader, with experience throughout a range of engineering disciplines, I take pride in delivering engineering solutions to time and budget. Having started my engineering career as an apprentice in a manufacturing company, I have had experience of both mechanical engineering and analysis roles, including competence in FEA, CFD and programming languages. My current role involves taking responsibility for the execution of design and substantiation projects, including the management and leadership of teams of engineers. The role spans a number of industries, including defence, civil nuclear (including fusion) and oil and gas. In my spare time, I have studied for an Open University degree, enjoy fell running, Krav Maga, spending time with my two daughters and suffering eternally as a Newcastle United supporter.
