I’m known for being enthusiastic, creative, and trustworthy - not only as a leader, but as a collaborator who develops projects and translates complex data into clear, accessible reports.My passions, education, and experience have led me to work across a wide range of ecological systems, including microbial oceanography, coastal fisheries, aquaculture, invasive species removal, timber stand improvement, and wildland firefighting. I have independently designed and led projects focused on animal behavior and environmental conditions, experiences that taught me how to move from brainstorming -> practical implementation -> analytical reporting with real-world applications and solutions.The questions that guide my work include- What can nature teach us- How can we collect the most relevant data in the most respectful way- How does our research engage with and serve the local community?At the end of the day, it\'s about surrounding yourself with great people and great things.
