ABOUT JAMES E. BELLAMY
A little bit about my experience in the HVACR industry:Starting in 1981, I followed in my father & grandfather\'s footsteps into the HVACR industry at Comer\'s Industrial Refrigeration. I then joined my father, James Bellamy Sr, at Patterson Enterprises in Jacksonville, FL in 1983 which specialized in industrial refrigeration. In 1987 when Patterson closed its doors, James Bellamy Sr. & I formed Bellamy & Associates where we focused on industrial, commercial & residential HVACR. In 1992 I worked for Seminole Electric power plant in Palatka FL where I learned about how power works, the power grid, KWD and KWH. In 1994, I worked for Stellar Group Industrial refrigeration company and then transitioned back to Bellamy & Associates to help further expand the company. When James Sr. retired in 2011, I changed the name to Specialty Air Solutions to focus on the development & implementation of what is now Arctic Gator technology. I patented Arctic Gator in 2018 under Demandside Energy Solutions Inc. I decided on the final name change to reflect what Arctic Gator does, tackles the Demand Side of your energy bill. Arctic Gator focuses on reducing the KWD load which in turn reduces the KWH load of your new or existing HVAC unit.
