Procurement, install and maintenance of local servers, LAN and wireless equipment. Performs maintenance, standard repairs and upgrades to system equipment in office, remotely and plant floor environments. Responsible for: configuration/deployment of all local servers, factory controllers, laptops, desktops and kiosks on Campus. Other responsibilities include: developing and maintaining the local disaster recovery plan, providing training to assist users with new applications, and configuring security settings/access permissions for groups and individuals. Installs computer hardware and software packages where needed. Interacts with end users, department heads, vendors and contractors to maintain and update current procedures, hardware and systems to maintain high efficiency. Monitors and administers the Campus –wide local phone, cell phone and security systems.
