   GD Electric Boat - Corporate lead for multiple large industrial, marine and manufacturing projects in excess of 3 million square-feet and $2.3 billion.Serve as project executive for company owned and developed projects. Demonstrate leadership on current 480-unit apartment /mixed-use project at Buzzard Point in D.C; completed 120K sf warehouse / flex project in Ashburn, VA. General Dynamics Corporate HQ: Serve project executive for 125K sf base building trophy office in Reston, VA. Excel as owners’ development management representative. Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation: Led a team of 8 professionals responsible for the development of over 3M sf of new and renovated facilities at Gulfstream’s Headquarters in Savannah GA. Projects ranged in size from 10K to 480K sf. Completed over 25 projects. Oversee eight ongoing projects. Provide strong leadership through development management including Master Plan; Due Diligence phase through final tenant move-in; start-up and close-out manufacturing. Projects included new of office buildings, office renovations, tenant fit-outs, testing bays, lab space, R&D space, large clear span manufacturing facilities, aircraft paint hangars, wastewater treatment facilities, aircraft service hangars, and other ancillary site improvements and spaces. National Children’s Museum: Led facility’s development management in close partnership with CEO, CFO, and Board. Oversaw building and exhibit design for 150K sf museum. Assisted with lease.General Dynamics Information Technology: Led owners’ representative project teams for numerous tenants’ fit-out projects ranging in size from 30K to 120K sf; site selection through occupancy. Korean Central Presbyterian Church: Served owner’s representative / development manager for 180K sf church located in Centreville, VA.
