I am an Avaya and Cisco Sr. Solutions Architect currently employed in Dallas TX. I am part of a great team of voice engineers responsible for designing, provisioning and maintaining all telecommunication related voice applications on Avaya 87xx & 88xx CMs with Media Gateways using Session Managers & S.B.C\'s for SIP protocols & T.D.M. based infrastructures. As a Sr. Architect, I pro-actively identify related needs for improvements, capacity changes and upgrades on existing voice infrastructures. I lead and assist in developing supporting business cases for new technologies/initiatives and then communicating the business benefits and R.O.I. to senior management. I was previously employed by IBM, Xerox and ACS. and was responsible for International PBX server installations, Contact Center Vector design and implementations for many of the top Fortune 500 Companies with large Contact Centers based outside of the US (EMEA).
