Our Space & Satellite division is made up of 4 people with a combined 70+ years sector-specific executive search and recruitment experience. We’re supported by a wider cross-functional team of 60 that includes specialists in VC, PE, deeptech and adjacent frontier industries. We support hiring across portfolios, early stage start-ups, scale-ups and tier 1 Satellite Operators.I have developed an early stage hiring workshop for start-up companies based the aforementioned team’s years of experience in this stage of recruitment. The workshop aims to provide founders with a robust process and framework for scaling headcount, and to help them avoid common pitfalls in early stage hiring whilst delving into specific hiring issues they\'re facing currently.I volunteer my time and advice for free, as a way of giving back to the community we rely on, and supporting the early-stage teams that will go on to be the next generation of space multinational\'s in the future. I have successfully run this interactive workshop for teams including:SpaceFounders - An accelerator funded by CNES, Agenzia Spaziale Italiana and the Bundeswehr University Munich that offers tailored support to budding founders through workshops and activity days, alongside introductions to major players via their industry consortiumUK Space Agency Accelerator - A program aimed at both pre-market fit ventures and scale-ups in different batches.
