Site Agent on Inlet worksSuccessfully completed the following works on time for the regulation date and new EA permit:1. A new connection between existing CSO Diversion chamber and Storm tank 1 - involving various temporary works access such as trench sheet supported excavation, limpet dam, scaffolding. Sequencing works to minimise inefficiencies and reduce wastage. Input in design to improve constructability for various elements. Installing penstocks, access platforms and testing both. A new connection between existing CSO Detention chamber and storm tank 1 - Establishing a safe method of accessing within existing Detention tank. Utilising a window cleaning cradle instead of person riding basket with crane. Temporary works for excavation support and for limpet dam within storm tank 1. Excavating sump within storm tank 3 - requiring temporary works for the storm tank wall support, establishing monitoring regime, procuring scaffolding access. Programming of works for concreting and ensuring design was being followed. Procurement of materials to save on space on site but ensure the materials were on site at the right time. Constructing access platform within storm tank, deciding on a method of construction to build two elements simultaneously and then lift into place onto stanchions within the storm tanks. Organising subcontractors to ensure their programmes would be achievable and works could work concurrently and safely. General responsibilities throughout this project included temporary works coordinator for 70 items - undertaking design briefs, regular inspections, permit to load/strike, design acceptance. Reviewing RAMS from subcontractors to ensure they align with Bentleys management system. Producing RAMS for multiple elements of self delivered works. Programming works and updating weekly. Undertaking morning briefings delivering updates to operatives.
