As the Product Manager its my job to work in the manufacturing environment with direct focus on a major customer and product lines. Directly communicating with the customer at a corporate level to determine the requirements of multiple product lines that are needed to be delivered at a timely manner. Communicating with suppliers to ensure that the company is receiving quality product within the designated timelines. Internally working with employees on the factory floor to ensure quality product is being manufactured and inspected. Maintaining and fixing automated machinery and spot welding equipment. Preparing and serializing shipments to go to our customer facility based on the demand cycle.\\\\n\\\\n• Helping plan and organize production schedules of product lines.\\\\n• Assessing requirements for production, internal and external.\\\\n• Ensuring that all employees are maintaining the maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.\\\\n• Reinforcing quality control standards and standard operating procedures on the shop floor.\\\\n• Conducting virtual meetings with suppliers to ensure timeline of outside production is met.\\\\n• Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary with suppliers or the customer.\\\\n• Repairs and routine maintenance of production equipment (mechanical automation) and recording the work completed.\\\\n• Facilitating outside vendors to complete maintenance or repairs on machinery as needed and recording the work completed.\\\\n• Organizing relevant training sessions and the documentation of the training.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
