I am Chief Operating Officer responsible for business operations, and a member of the Management Board.I have previously been our North Regional Managing Director and before that head of the Leeds office. I enjoy collaborating with other fellow directors and have significant experience in business planning & development, talent management, leadership and financial management. I have a diploma in Law and am a member of the Pyramus and Thisbe club. I am proud to have been named on Insider’s Yorkshire 42 under 42 list. BackgroundI have been with Hollis since 2002 working across several offices – Manchester, London, and Leeds and have over 20+ years industry experience across all building surveying disciplines, although my particular specialisms are dilapidations and party wall & neighbourly matters, the latter of which I am former head of service.
