   As a financial reporting leader, I am a trusted advisor for all of Atkore’s internal customers, including the executive leadership team and audit committee. With over a decade of US GAAP and SEC accounting experience, my team and I provide insight regarding the financial reporting impacts of business decisions across the enterprise. This service directly contributes to Atkore’s ability to Build Better Together. I supervise the consolidation and external reporting processes and am proficient in the use of the best-in-class applications that we use for our ERP, consolidation and external reporting needs. Atkore encourages a culture of continuous improvement which inspires me to regularly challenge and improve the timing and quality of our close process and related regulatory SEC filings to include forms 10-K and 10-Q. My team also provides expert assistance on significant transactions such as acquisitions, restructurings, and debt offerings. Our control environment under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) is more than compliance at Atkore, but a measure of excellence. I coordinate directly with our internal and external auditors, as well as our domestic and international accounting teams, to implement best-in-class control solutions that are efficient and meet their respective control objectives.
