Create and manage schedules for 3 Data center construction projects of 48MW, 20MW and 40 MW with 3 project scope (Core & Shell, Fit Up and Fit – Out). Identify issues, perform analysis, and propose recovery and mitigation plans. Manage project procurements by creating procurements log. Provide 3 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks look ahead to the project team and the client. Assign baseline and maintain the projects baseline. Review Time – Impact analysis and provide change recommendations if impact cannot be avoided. Presenting the project progress to the client every month and providing responses to the client questions. Review the schedule view log to check the health of the schedule.
