I bring more than 25 years of experience leading land strategy, land acquisition, and right-of-way development for large-scale energy, infrastructure, and real estate projects across the United States.I currently serve as Head of Land at IPX Power, where I lead land strategy and acquisition efforts supporting utility-scale energy and infrastructure development. My focus is on building high-performing teams and securing the land position necessary to advance complex development projects from early stage planning through construction.Prior to joining IPX Power, I served as Director of Land at Intersect where I led land acquisition and development efforts focused on major projects in Texas and California. My team was responsible for securing surface rights, mineral rights, and project site control supporting gigawatt-scale energy infrastructure and data center development.I also supported major transmission development initiatives with Grid United, helping advance large-scale grid infrastructure projects requiring complex multi-state land strategies and stakeholder coordination.Earlier in my career, I spent 11 years at Williams, where I held several leadership roles including Land Acquisition for Major Projects, Commercial Real Estate, Manager of the Survey Department, and Manager of Drafting and Design. During that time I led teams responsible for securing more than 650 miles of pipeline right-of-way and associated facilities, while supporting 26 major capital expansion projects. My responsibilities included managing linear infrastructure development across 11 states, overseeing a national portfolio of more than 1,300 properties, and leading 30 full-time employees and more than 250 contractors.Prior to Williams, I served as Vice President at Realty Capital Advisers in Orlando, Florida, specializing in commercial land brokerage. I also worked as Land Acquisition Manager for Lennar in Central Florida, supporting residential development for one of the nation’s leading homebuilders. Earlier in my career, I held roles focused on leasehold resolution and oil and gas mineral leasing with Talisman Energy and Mason Dixon Energy.Throughout my career, I have focused on building strong teams, solving complex land challenges, and securing the land positions necessary to deliver critical infrastructure projects.
