ABOUT JAMES DRAKE

I am an intelligence professional employed with Forged Arrow in Tampa, Florida. I am recently retired from the U.S. Army, have 20 years of leadership experience on multiple levels, with 12 years of that experience as a member of the intelligence community. The training and skills acquired and mastered in the military include organizational goal setting and planning, talent management and staffing, firearms (both distance marksmanship and close quarter), security management, public speaking and briefing, and leader development and mentorship. I am a strong leader, with a deep passion for the development of both myself and my team members. I am organized with attention to detail, and pride myself as a dedicated servant leader who places the organizations goals and priorities as precedent. As an intelligence professional, I am skilled in organizational liaison and collaboration, operations planning and execution. investigative techniques and research, interviewing and elicitation methods, personnel protection, inter-organizational liaison, case management, and threat detection and mitigation. I have been a life-long learned, and long-term student of the criminal justice profession and hold a master’s degree in the field.
