Supports Managing Principals in all accounting and financial aspects of the Funds\' real estate investment and development projects including, but are not limited to, research, budgeting, preparing presentations, transaction structuring and documentation, project status reporting, project accounting and project financing.Works closely with the senior management team to maintain Fund investment information, determine performance metrics and generate periodic investor reports. Interface with Fund investors regarding their specific reporting requirements.
