As an official member of the coaching faculty at Western University\'s Ivey Business School, I provide emotional intelligence leadership coaching as a part of the Executive MBA Program. I support continuing education executives and high-potential leaders by providing emotional intelligence assessments, debriefs, and on-going coaching to develop in various areas of EQ such as self-awareness, empathy, assertiveness, and stress resilience. My goal is to help leaders make strong connections between EQ and performance, and apply practical strategies to enhance their leadership ability.
