Provide technical support for common problems related to the application of LV Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and Analyze problems and initiate effective measures for their solutionCoordinate activities with related groups to most efficiently achieve objectives to ensure customer satisfaction and Authorize independent service representatives known as the Drive Service Providers (DSPs) to perform troubleshooting and repair work on to Drives and Softstarters at customer sites throughout North AmericaExecute product warranty while ensuring customer satisfaction and simultaneously achieving cost-control objectivesExecute policy to help support out of warranty Drives and Softstarters, Enter each reportable case as applicable in the Salesforce Case Management SystemMaintain communication with other departments to stay abreast of product release and up-dates. Maintain technical competence in troubleshooting and repair of Drives and SoftstartersParticipate proactively in contributing feedback to the Quality department regarding product quality issues to reduce warranty costsRequired to provide technical support during the evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule and Ensure that proper policies and procedures are followed in accordance with company Management System directives and ESD requirementsFollow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations, Maintain departmental housekeeping standards
