Exciting Career Update I’m honored to share that I have accepted the role of Chief Achievement and Improvement Officer with Springfield Public Schools (IL).In this new cabinet-level position, I will lead the district’s strategic efforts to improve student outcomes and school performance across all campuses. From accelerating academic achievement to building leadership capacity and strengthening data-driven systems, my mission remains the same: ensuring every student—regardless of background—has access to high-quality instruction and the supports necessary to thrive.This transition from my previous role as Chief Equity and School Improvement Officer represents more than a title change—it’s a deeper commitment to systemic excellence and continuous improvement. I’m especially excited to work alongside our exceptional educators, administrators, and community partners to align curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices to the goals set in our district’s strategic plan.I remain deeply invested in leading with purpose, promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability, and making sure that our schools are places where every student can achieve, grow, and succeed.Thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey.
