In this position, I assist the Director of Security in overseeing all aspects of resort safety and protection, while leading daily operations to ensure a seamless and secure environment for our guests, residents, and team members.Previously, I served as the Assistant Director of Loss Prevention at The Ben, Autograph Collection, where I quickly rose through the ranks. My role encompassed everything from training and leading security staff to developing emergency protocols, conducting investigations, and driving loss-prevention initiatives. I was instrumental in shaping safety strategies that enhanced both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.The Ben served as an exceptional foundation—allowing me to grow as a leader, refine my crisis management approach, and gain deep insight into hotel security operations at the luxury level. Now at Four Seasons, I’m continuing that momentum, focused on proactive risk mitigation, team development, and preserving the brand’s reputation through thoughtful, high-touch security practices.
