ABOUT JANA MANSOUR

Jana Mansour regularly advises owners, developers and contractors from early-stage consideration through financing, construction, operation and disposition of large scale infrastructure, real estate and power projects. Jana represents owners and contractors in the negotiation of project agreements, including complex multi-phased engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts, design-build and progressive DB arrangements, construction management contracts, operation and maintenance agreements and long term service agreements. He has dealt with diverse joint-venture and governance arrangements, including joint bidding, consortium, partnership and shareholders\' agreements. He assists clients in the preparation and review of requests for proposals (RFPs) and the preparation of compliant proposals.
