Currently, I serve as a Sr. Product Delivery Associate within JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s Solutions Enablement & Design team, based in Dallas, TX, where I play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and innovation.In my current capacity, I represent Solutions Design in product launch and change readiness activities, leading business readiness, influencing product design, and advocating on behalf of both the business and the client to ensure optimal outcomes. I manage the full life cycle of pilot client implementations, translating business requirements into detailed procedures, and support the Solutions Design Product Pipeline by addressing errors and enhancing products.
