I’m an Operations Manager and digital learning professional who genuinely loves helping people grow. I’ve supported more than 200 apprentices across IT, Digital, Cyber and Data apprenticeships, and nothing motivates me more than seeing someone gain confidence and achieve something they didn’t think they could.After working in apprenticeships for a number of years, I was recently promoted to Operations Manager. In this role, I focus on creating a supportive environment for tutors and learners, improving quality, and making the learning journey feel positive and manageable. I especially enjoy welcoming new staff, mentoring others, and introducing tools that can make their work easier and more enjoyable.I’m a big believer in kindness, clear communication, and doing my best for the people I work with. Whether I’m helping someone prepare for EPA or offering support to a colleague, I always aim to bring patience, encouragement, and a bit of calm to the process.If you’re passionate about learning, tech, or simply helping people reach their potential, I’d be happy to connect!
