About Aisha Henderson

My true passions are non profits, community organizing, recruiting & customer service, to be frank, I truly love working with people. It is what I excel at. Growing up, we are told that saying that you \'love people\' or that you are \'good with people\' is a terrible thing to say at a job interview. But over the course of my career, I have encountered many, managers, assistants, associates, recruiters who just don\'t like people. They see people as a burden, and a necessary evil component of their job. This is not how I view the world or leadership. People are the key to any successful endeavor. And so is communication with those people. Clear and effective communication is the second cornerstone of any successful business. Working hard to maintain a arsenal of powerful communication skills is my constant goal. I strive to build, maintain, develop and work with a successful team no matter what position I am in. I believe in fostering a positive, intelligent & sales driven environment. I intensely focus on being a benefit to the company that I work for no matter the role. Most of all, I believe in always leading by example by creating the best possible experience for client/customer and employees alike. I love people.
