Hello!I am a sophomore at Rhodes College double-majoring in Economics and Data Analytics, driven by a strong interest in how fiscal decisions and quantitative data shape urban economies and public policy.Growing up in Albuquerque, I saw firsthand how systemic barriers impact communities, particularly concerning housing and unsheltered populations. This sparked my drive to understand the economic trade-offs behind local governance. My time interning with the City of Albuquerque’s Health, Housing & Homelessness Department allowed me to contribute directly to ongoing research and resource management, grounding my academic interests in real-world application.Currently, I am expanding my analytical toolkit through a Line 1 Risk internship with First Horizon, building the foundational skills necessary to evaluate complex financial and operational systems.I believe that rigorous economic analysis is essential for designing sustainable, equitable solutions for growing cities. I am actively seeking part-time research and policy analysis opportunities in New York City for Fall 2026.
