As an Architect I was Responsible for setting up Data Quality, Data conversion, Data migration, Data Integration and building critical Data Marts. Following analysis of requirement at multiple global sites, end to end ETL process was designed and the delivery date, cost and resource requirement was estimated. As lead, was required to define skill set needed and recruited proficient developers needed to produce on-time delivery of delegated tasks on-site and off-shore. Managed onsite & offshore consultants working on 30 critical projects with a budget of $2.5 M. Delegation of tasks with serious consideration to individual talents was crucial to the success of the project. Vigilant time management contributed to on-time delivery and also helped stay within proposed budget.
