But once that process begins, it is important to see it through, build upon it, and accomplish more.As a self-driven professional, I have an extensive amount of experience in cultivating relationships and delivering value propositions to improve operational efficiency. Throughout my career path, I have honed my skills in Ticket Sales Operations and Sports Photography to satisfy customers and capture events that will last forever. I found my love for ticketing after being inspired by my father who was the Ticket Manager for the New York Islanders ice hockey team. I worked for several theatres before I finally joined the Metropolitan Opera House as the Head Assistant Box Office Treasurer. As an avid sports enthusiast, I also developed my photography skills in capturing important sports events and plays. After witnessing Walter Iooss, Jr.’s “The Catch” featured on Sports Illustrated, I fueled my ambition in capturing monumental sports plays through my lens and established Skybox Images in August 2018. I love taking on new challenges and learning new techniques to improve my craft. I lead by example and enjoy mentoring my team members in completing projects efficiently and correctly. I have fostered a passion to continuously improve my skills as a Box Office Treasurer and Sports Photographer by establishing the guidelines and expectations of every project. As I continue to achieve new goals, I am interested in seeking opportunities in Ticket Sales and Sports-related operations.
