Joined Teradata as part of the executive leadership team designed to move the business forward through native cloud capability, an industry focused pre sales and delivery team and to create a new customer acquisition model. Currently leading a 90+% cloud growth business across the Americas including Canada and CLA. The focus of the role entails deep alignment with all aspects of the business across marketing, customer success and engineering as we shape the future of Teradata in the cloud. The tactical aspects of the role involve leading and developing a set of leaders and ancillary stakeholders through attainment, forecasting and planning while keeping customer outcomes in the epicenter. Accountable for P&L, driving growth and profitability, executing on Teradata’s GTM strategies and leading with effective change management across the region; driving over $1 billion of revenue across an industry-aligned model including sales, pre sales engineering, consulting, and partner enablement. These industries include Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail and Transportation. Responsible for a team of over 600 Teradata sellers and support team members. The business in a deep turn-around stage of shaping and executing in combination to meeting our financial targets. As a key member of the executive leadership team at Teradata, the role involves regular engagement with all functions as we collaboratively move through the transformation of a 40+ year old organization.
