Log, track, and maintain all RFQs in the quote tracking system, ensuring files are current and complete.Review RFQs for accuracy and completeness, flagging inconsistencies and supporting clarification with Estimators and Program Management- Coordinate with suppliers and internal plants to collect cost data for paint materials, processes, and racking- Collaborate with Paint Design, Estimating, and Applications teams to validate part orientation, nesting, rack design, and process feasibility- Prepare and issue paint and rack quotes for RFQs, engineering changes, and customer requests- Present quotes for review and approval with senior leadership, ensuring timely submission to Estimators or Program Management- Maintain a comprehensive database of current and past quotes, including pricing, changes, and job history- Support pricing analyses and VAVE studies, including piece price, material usage, transfer efficiency, and process improvements- Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline quoting and enhance accuracy.Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards, company policies, and safety requirements while supporting audits as needed.
