By leveraging learning strategies, adult learning principles, communication plans, evaluation/measurement and performance tracking tools/technologies, it is upon me to facilitate awareness, adoption and application of desired skills and proficiencies of internal customers. Visionary to all instructional design, gamification, facilitation/delivery, program development and the creation of RouteOne University (R1U) as an established Learning & Development partner for both internal and external customers.
