I’m an entrepreneur, consultant, and creative leader dedicated to building platforms that inspire, create opportunity, and strengthen communities. My path blends nonprofit leadership, operations, consulting, technology, and the arts—so I design systems that are sustainable and transformative.As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of B7UE LOTUS MEDIA, I lead a nonprofit focused on youth empowerment, creative expression, and community transformation. We prepare youth by merging media, education, and equity-centered programming. Programs like Youth Media Connect, The Wave, and Healing Arts provide mentorship, training, and exposure that equip youth with skills and networks while reshaping communities.Through White Lotus Strategies (WLS), I extend this mission into consulting—helping schools, nonprofits, and businesses adopt equitable growth strategies. WLS partners with leaders ready to strengthen culture, scale operations, and deliver measurable results. The practice centers on equity, leadership development, and sustainability so organizations grow and leave durable impact.As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Gallery 37, I manage operations and programs that keep our creative hub thriving. From youth after-school programs to adult classes and community events, Gallery 37 is more than an art space—it’s a cultural ecosystem where creativity, entrepreneurship, and collaboration meet. My role is to scale models, expand partnerships, and show how art and culture drive identity and economic development.I also serve as a tattoo artist and manager at BLVCK LOTUS STUDIOS, a Decatur-based tattoo shop and art studio with over a decade in Central Illinois. Under the owner, I run operations, support the team, and contribute artistically, keeping the studio a trusted space for professionalism, craft, and culture.With a foundation in information technology, I bring a systems mindset. My technical background helps me build scalable, adaptable structures and blend creativity with precision. Across my ventures, I focus on building, scaling, and sustaining—through nonprofit leadership, operations, WLS consulting, and creative platforms. Based in Illinois, I work across the Midwest and beyond with one purpose: empower people, elevate creativity, and leave a lasting impact.
