Hi! I’m Jalen! I’m a technology executive who believes the real power of IT isn’t the platforms we deploy, but the outcomes we enable for people, organizations, and communities.Currently, I serve as CIO for Humana Healthy Horizons in Oklahoma, leading Medicaid technology strategy at the intersection of healthcare delivery, data, security, and responsible AI. My work focuses on building resilient, scalable systems that support population health, regulatory excellence, and better experiences for members, providers, and teams—while ensuring innovation is grounded in strong governance and trust.Beyond my day job, I’m deeply invested in growing Oklahoma’s technology ecosystem. I’m President of Techlahoma and VP of Volunteering for PMI Oklahoma City, partnering with leaders across industry, nonprofits, and education to expand access to skills, mentorship, and opportunity statewide. Whether it’s workforce development, STEM advocacy, or volunteer recognition, I’m energized by work that compounds impact.My leadership style is practical, people-first, and outcome-driven.
