As the Service Development Manager for Hampshire Legal Services (HLS), I aim to identify service enhancements for existing clients, as well as developing innovative practice areas and ways of delivering legal services. My aim is to attract an increasing and ever more diverse range of clients that can benefit from the insights gained by HLS from helping its clients to deliver a wide range of pubic sector services and projects over many years.HLS primarily exists to provide public service legal excellence for Hampshire County Council, one of the country’s largest shire counties. However HLS has also shared that expertise with a wide range of other organisations that provide public services and, in doing so, it has developed a deep understanding of the significant challenges, not just legal issues, that those organisations face.
