Acted as the primary liaison with customers (Tesla, Mercedes, Volkswagen.) andrepresented the plant during customer audits, fostering strong relationships and ensuringcustomer satisfaction.Provided cost quotations for new potential projects/changes.Successfully managed up to 8 concurrent projects at various phases, ensuring timelydelivery, resource optimization, and alignment with organizational objectives.Managed 47 projects risks, categorizing them by severity, and devisedmitigation strategies to minimize or eliminate their impact.Led the ramp-up phase of production line operations, managing a team of 15 engineersand technicians.
