I contributed to designing endpoint security baseline policies and streamlining Defender product updates. This effort impacted over users and was a key factor in raising the organization’s security and compliance score to 80%- £: Designed and implemented a robust device control solution for USB’s and peripheral devices for a UK based client, leveraging Microsoft E5 licenses instead of using a competitor solution, reducing security tool spend. This initiative contributed to achieving Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001/2 certifications, which helped secure an £800 million contract for the customer: Ensured security and stability across Azure and AWS, maintaining critical operations indirectly supporting over 1.1M users. Implemented CNAPP (Microsoft Defender for Cloud) to improve workload and platform security posture.
